CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)
In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, Centre Foundation does not knowingly request or solicit personally identifiable information online from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child less than 13 years of age, without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as practical.

We use personal information that we collect to provide you services or event registrations that you requested, to send you email confirmations and/or tax receipts for your online transactions, to notify you about Centre Foundation events or special giving opportunities, to provide you with news and updates, to comply with legal requirements and other information related to the mission of Centre Foundation. Donor names may be recognized in the annual report or other forms of public recognition, unless you designate your gift as anonymous. Donors participating in Centre Gives or making contributions to specific funds will have their name, email and billing address and contribution amount shared with the nonprofit organization or fund holder to which the contribution will be credited. If you choose to give anonymously, this information will not be shared with the organization or fund designated for your gift. Centre Foundation does not retain credit card information and your personal data will not be shared with or sold to any outside vendor or third party, except to provide the services you requested. Centre Foundation may disclose your personal information to comply with any court order, law or legal process, including a response to any government or regulatory request. If a request for personal information is made, the Foundation will notify the individual prior to the release, to allow the individual to respond to the agency. Centre Foundation is dedicated to working with processors who provide the highest level of security including following industry standards as it relates to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technologies, data encryption, firewalls etc. Centre Foundation has partnered with Stripe to securely process online credit card payments.
